Dr. Joshua Sevigny (Owner)

Dr. Sevigny graduated from the inaugural class of the University of New England College of Dental Medicine in 2017. He was raised in North Berwick, Maine, and has been a frequent visitor to the Mount Washington Valley throughout his life.

Prior to attending dental school, Dr. Sevigny received a degree in dental hygiene and practiced as a hygienist for five years. During that time, he honed his skill with patients and gained invaluable experience by being exposed to the many dental philosophies of the dentists with whom he worked.

During dental school, he completed several rotations in clinics and dental offices in New England and learned many techniques and skills that only come with experience. His passion is to provide excellent care using all patient-specific information, including their general health history, personal expectations and capacity to accept treatment.

Dr. Sevigny now lives in Madison with his wife, two daughters and three French and American Bulldogs. He enjoys hiking, water sports and all things food-related that the area offers.

Annalee Sevigny - Dental Assistant

Annalee joined Conway Family Dental Care in January of 2019. Although, she is new to the dental world, she has been caring for others since she was a child. Inspired by her experience caring for her grandfather she became a Licensed Nursing Assistant. She served in this role for eight years as well as two years in private care while living in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

In 2018, a new opportunity presented itself and she decided to delve into a new industry as a Dental Assistant. She completed her radiology certification at Dental Career Institute and the rest is history. Her caring nature, great sense of humor, and attention to detail keeps our office going daily.

When she is not at the office, she is a true family girl. Spending time with her extending family, pets, and husband while enjoying everything the MWV has to offer is her ideal way to unwind. She lives in Conway, with her husband and their two black labs.

Sarah Sevigny - Dental Hygienist

Sarah joined Conway Family Dental Care in May of 2017. She graduated from the dental hygiene program at University of New England in Portland, Maine in 2008, and then practiced in Massachusetts at a pediatric dental office for six years before moving back to Southern Maine. There, she worked for several years at a general dentist office as well as at another pediatric office before moving to the Mount Washington Valley.

Sarah grew up in Massachusetts and was exposed to the career of a Registered Dental Hygienist through an Aunt who practiced. A passion for working with children and adults to help them achieve good oral health was formed early and has continued to grow.

She loves spending time with her husband, Dr. Joshua Sevigny, their two daughters and three French and American Bulldogs.

Nicole Clements - Dental Hygenist

Nicole joined Conway Family Dental Care in January of 2018. She graduated from the dental hygiene program at University of New England in Portland, Maine in 2008. She is a true native, born and raised in Conway, New Hampshire and is happy to be back working in her home town. She worked for 7 years in Center Harbor NH while still living in Conway before being able to work back in the Valley.

At the age of 5 Nicole realized that she wanted to be a dental hygienist and was lucky enough to have her dentist take her on as an employee when she came of working age. She worked throughout highschool and on breaks from college as a floater at her childhood dentist, flipping rooms, developing x-rays, doing lab work and front desk duties.

She loves spending time with her husband, Christopher Clements, her son, Noah and their many pets. They have two dogs, Harbor and Duke, four cats, Captain, Tuukka, Meeko, and Coco, two bunnies, two guinea pigs and 10 chickens.

Alycia Ziccolella - Patient Coordinator

Alycia joined Conway Family Dental Care in November of 2019. For the past 20 years she has been caring for patients' smiles at a dental office in Massachusetts. Lucky for us, she was recently able to fulfill her dream of living full-time in the Mount Washington Valley.

Her caring and fun nature along with her extensive dental office experience makes her an ideal Patient Coordinator for our team. Our patients are fortunate to have her in their corner making sure they receive the care and attention they need. Her duties include coordinating appointments, verifying insurance, and processing payments.

When she is not at the office she enjoys the splendor of our community skiing, hiking, dining out, and listening to live music. You can't scare her with a good time!

She lives in North Conway with her husband and adorable Mini-Aussie, Echo.

Tad Furtado - Practice Manager

Tad joined Conway Family Dental Care in late 2010 when it reopened under new ownership.

As Practice Manager, he has primary responsibility for all financial, operational, community relations and other non-clinical aspects of the organization.

Tad relocated to the area after having lived in Washington, DC for a decade and in or near Boston prior to that. He is active in the Valley community and civic affairs, and doubles as the team manager and racer for the office’s Mountain Meister team, the Nitrous Oxides.

Tad lives in Center Conway with his wife and their two beautiful pugs.
